I couldn't miss the 140 vendor Farmer's Market in Kansas City, so we finally decided to go, of which won't last for much longer. It really reminded me of when we would go shopping with Grandma in Chile.

Carpentry 101
During the summer break Alex got very ambitious and decided to continue his Carpentry skills. The color of our bed frame started chipping away and so he decided he would fix that. He wanted it to look just like his desk and so he began. It looks more natural now.

Biking Trip
These were the last pictures taken of Karl, so enjoy them. We biked quite a bit that day, I'd say more than 5 miles in the hot, humid weather. Now I think that's pretty good for one day.

Botanical Garden and Science Center
This slide includes pic's of the mentioned above, as well as some good times with Karl. I took a picture of Karl at the fountain at KU after one of our tough runs during Dog Days. It looks very refreshing. Karl also had a chance to make a Pizza, doesn't it look great? Monopoly and covering his face were a favorite of his, that's why he looks the way he does.
